HOW IT WORKS

Decide Which Session Is
Right For You

Sessions are guided by the age of your baby, but any age baby is welcome to any session if those topics pertain to you.

Schedule Your Session

Sessions are offered throughout the week (and one weekend day per month) in the morning and evening to accommodate parents’ schedules.

Prepare For Your Session

Bring yourself and your baby, and any questions you may have. You may also want to bring a pen and paper to take notes!
