I was young when I had my first child and did not receive prenatal breastfeeding education. When I was pregnant with my second, I made sure to educate myself and went on to breastfeed three children successfully. I had some challenges with my second, but with support from a breastfeeding counselor, we persevered. Support is key!

My husband and I have four amazing sons, three are adult age, and one is nine. We have a wonderful labradoodle named Penny!
I enjoy crocheting and playing board games with my children.
I worked in a hospital as an OB Tech and obtained my CLC in 2015. It was amazing to be able to help families, and I just knew that I wanted to move on to IBCLC!
I became an IBCLC because I am passionate about breastfeeding education and helping families achieve their feeding goals.
