Oregon

When did you know you wanted to become an IBCLC?

After the birth of my first child, I noticed a tremendous lack of support for women in the postpartum period.

Why did you become an IBCLC?

To assist and honor every parent's feeding journey- whatever that may look like.

What do you wish you could tell every parent (that they would actually do) and why?

A tincture of time can make a huge difference. If we slow down and let things unfold naturally, it can take a tremendous weight off parents.
