Amanda Alvarez, IBCLC


Amanda has fifteen years experience helping families in hospitals, outpatient clinics, classrooms, worksites, community support groups, and a non-profit milk bank. She believes that parents should have evidence-based, culturally-informed, and practical support in setting and achieving safe and comfortable lactation goals. Amanda is a graduate of the University of South Alabama (MS, Health Education) and Spring Hill College (BA, Communication). She lives with her husband, their three children, and a menagerie of pets. Amanda enjoys running, cooking, travel, and volunteer work in social justice.
